Cursor / View controls stopped working

I'm fairly far into the game and all of a sudden my mouse no longer moves the camera and if I turn on my xbox controller, I can not pan the camera around the plane either with the right joystick. I've tried resetting the controls to default and reinstalling but the problem is still there. All of my other controls work fine. What gives?

I use a flight stick and also have no camera control. The camera control seems to be tied to using the flight assist.
