as the title says, ive tried new drivers (nvidia 4090), reinstalling vive console, disconnecting cables and restarting the pc to then connect them again, even the beta for vive console (on steam) anyone having these issues?

I had to downgrade to 551.XX to get a picture again! Does anyone have the same problem? VP2 4090 12900K Win10

So I just recently got a cosmos elite. I tried the vive console from the website as well as on here but every time I close steamvr or the console after playing vr, my whole computer freezes. Once my pc freezes I can hear the coil whine from my gpu and its really loud. I have managed to figure out that if I turn my monitor on and off when it freezes it fixes it without having to restart my pc. But I do not want to keep doing that.
