Like, I'm barely half an hour in, and it looks like one of the characters names isn't even being translated consistently (Moon / Luna? Caesius / Cesium?) Does it get any better later on?

Whenever Steam try to download it, when I try to play it steam says can't find the exe file EVEN if its in game's root folder! (and event trying to run it from there the game still says that can't because it can't find the exe file ...weird...)

Looking at the Soundtrack DLC, it says the song is called "Interaction" and sung by DIA in the credits section, but watching the opening video, it also says that the opening theme is composed & arranged by Hiraoka, while vocals and lyricist is 薛南 ?
