isnt there a phase 8,9...etc for upcoming NG's ?

Yes I believe in NG+4 you can get the ability to BLOCK the red furry attacks (that can otherwise not be blocked and are hard to dodge) i could be mistaken on the exact NG but i know for sure you are not able to get this perk in the first playthrugh.

I'm at NG++++ and there hasn't been anything new for 2 cycles now. But ya, It's totally worth going further for the P-Organ ♥♥♥♥ you get.

sad...would be more fun when theres 1 new phase per NG, defense parts +3...,amulets +3...,maybe weapon upgrades +1 per NG

To be fair, for a completionist, you only need to play through the game 3 times minimum. So I guess they cater the needs of P-organs for that reason.
