Can I change the gray hair back to black short hair?

Hello, I've been enjoing the game for a while now and I know there are some changes in P's appearance, that happen in certain moments in the story. I know it's possible to change the hair as I like with the P-organ chair. My only concern is that, can I change the last hair change, the one where his hair turn grey, back to black short hair? Will the chair be available at this point in the story? I try to avoid spoilers to the story, I only know that this change happen and when in the story generally, but I don't know the details so please no spoilers
