I do remember there were genderchanging mod in nexus, but now I couldn't find it. 2B mod seems to be paid mod.

Looking for the same as it seems odd to me that there aren't wayy more mods for a game this popular and even using a fairly modable engine with the UE, but other than trainers I didn't find too much
