Is there anywhere to buy Star Fragments?

I've got a big problem -- even *with* the summon spirit, I'm nowhere close to being able to beat Fuoco. Is there a place to buy more Star Fragments (I'm down to <20 now...), or am I just completely screwed when I run out (I can tell you for a fact that I'll *never* be able to beat this boss without)?

You will be able to buy them in the Hotel, but it comes later in the game. For now, you can try to just practice the evasion/block without the specter without the intend to beat the boss on this try. Once you're confident you can surely block some of his attacks, go summon the specter and you will beat him on 1-3 attempts.

[Fengard]

You can get Star Fragments by killing those big puppets, like the one at the start of Venigni's workshop. Also you can buy them but that's for later.
