How much humanity do I need

I want to make pinocchio the full shabiz, I'm nearing the end of the game where hotel krat gets attacked and recently I've had the "humanity increase" message that I feel warmth, for about the third time now. Judging by how long it took to get to that text and not the ergo whispering text am I too late? Am I at a point where I'm too far in to tell enough lies to make pinocchio human?

The humanity level its hidden. Some messages will pop-up telling you are on the good way.
One of them its when you goty the long hair. Try to lie the more often and go to church and bless there to get one more humanity increase. Try to do all sidequests and "free" Sophia when able. You should be fine if you are on a lie run.
