No, I don't believe so. At least for the trinity calls, those are random. I've honestly not paid enough attention for standard interactions to notice. At the very least, don't use that logic for the riddles. I also seem to recall the lie for Hotel Krat (saying your'e human) being on the right in my last NG+ run

No, you'll need to pay attention to the context of the story to lie and what direction it's trying to go in, because there's some more subjective choices. When you first meet Manus, regardless of how the players feel about his methods, agreeing to them is considered a "lie". Most egregious is Geppetto asking if he's a good Dad. One option is a lie, but you likely won't know if he was or wasn't without looking into memos, item descriptions, or understand/catching some cues he's making during scenes. There's a couple moments like these which can crumble the whole gimmick, but they're pretty rare. Most are easy to discern what's a lie and what isn't, but you are incentivized to follow the story and character dialogue.
