Is the protagonist male or female?

Before buying this game I want to know the protagonist's gender. I can't make it out by watching screenshots and videos.

Since you brought up your age in this thread, I am obligated to reply. I am 38 and my wife is 40. We like to have diversity in games. Normally when I see games with fix gender and no choice, I will simply avoid them. But my wife gets intimidated by male only protagonists especially characters like Kratos that have anger issues. So when I buy games for her I have to be very careful and selective or else her health may worsen.

Another words you don't like characters who actually have an identity. A story. And actually defined characteristics and personalities. I imagine that would intimidate you since you probably have problems relating to someone who is actually defined and confident in who they are.

Not hard to read between the lines and figure folks like you out.

If anything make sure you and your wife don't play any games for here on out actually. Thank you. At least til you get her some therapy. She obviously has some serious problems that need to be worked on.

Mind you this is coming someone who has several friends in the community. They would all shake their heads at you two.

Ill probably get a warning or temp ban for this but it bugs me quite a lot. Not as much as all those people who harassed twitch streamers with death threats over playing Harry Potter, but still bugs me.

You know I love Horizon or Tomb Raider games with female protagonists, I also love games like Spiderman or Lies of P with male protagonists and all of them are amazing.

I am 21 and I will never understand this modern mind set of all these people, they basically refuse to play an AMAZING game because their character is a specific gender, the character doesn't even talk or doesn't even do male things, the character in this game is just neutral lol

I'm 36, have been gaming since I was 4. I've never once snubbed a game based on the gender of the main character, and I never will. Parasite Eve 1 is one of my favorite games ever, and that has a badass female protagonist.

Legend of Dragoon's Rose is also a badass female protagonist.

I wanted to love the game, but I couldn't get past the alligator underneath the Theater. Literally could not beat the first boss. Never looked up how to either lol. But the vibe that game had was Peak. Ever play Shadow Hearts?

He is made to look exactly the same as Geppetto's real son Carlo. Judging by his height (he is very short for an adult) and overall appearance Carlo was most likely 14 to 16 years old. He doesnt look any more "fem" than I would expect from a young teen. Skull bone structure is unmistakingly male. I dont know how anyone can look at this face and think its a girl.
