Lies of P 2 DLC Deluxe
Finished my second Playthrough and i rly enjoy how well the learn curve is since i play so much better now. Still suck at parrying but that's the games fault i point my fingers towards sekiro. ANYWAY

I read some stuff about Lies of P 2 being more Open World, which would be awful bc i freakin hate bloodborne and instant gaming for whatever reason lists Lies of P 2 for 2025 on steam for whatever weird reason

and reading through more stuff to it some people instead of Lies of P 2 mentioned a DLC coming first, which some expected to release in 2024 and i'm confused.

In Short: Does a DLC come first and one day Lies of P 2? Which one is confirmed and what is just a wish?

A DLC was mentioned by the devs at some point.
My guess would be the DLC comes first.

Before this thread I was sure that there is only DLC upcoming, never though about standalone game

Do you think everyone releases DLC like Shadow of the Erdtree? There is obviously a completely new story with a completely new protagonist there and completely new big villain. They might tie it together in some way, like it's happening in the same world, but that's definitely a new game and not a DLC... Why did you think it was a DLC??

bloodborne is not open world, you should play it some before saying that, its just not aggressively linear like this game, And wtf is instant gaming?

Coz why not? There is no info about amount of content. If, for example, the new story will last 4-6 hours and all happens in Krat (as trailer hinted), so seems completety fine for DLC
I expecting short spin-off, would be great to receive a full large game.

And also it's not a trailer. you don't seem to even know what words mean, and you are arguing here about interpretations. You can interpret that 2+2=5 all you want, no one's stopping you.

You are awfully committed to arguing about this one thing for something you haven't said. Especially asking when the game almost spells it out for you, literally, that there is a sequel in the plans.

Both are currently confirmed.
