Yeah, very helpful thanks
I played every FS games, Thymesia and both NioH on kb/m and I'm more used to it than controller
I do have a controller, I had to play Wo Long on controller since the kb/m port was awful at launch
But not being able to remap WASD is kinda weird
Also not being able to map 2 different keys for dodge and running is weird
You can download a nifty little app called Sharp keys from the MS store which lets you remap keys by editing the registry, so essentially the game thinks you are using WASD when in reality you are using keys of your choice. I use this a lot as i also prefer the far superior Kb+m to play my games.
Damn, guess I'll stick to controller then
I wonder if an autohotkey script could work but I'm not sure tbh (had to do this for Dark Souls 2 back then as mouse controls had input lags but that's different here)
That's what I was thinking, so maybe autohotkey could work as well

Hardware-level rebinding capable keyboards (so most gaming keyboards should manage) or AHK (or similar tools).
And berate ignorant devs, as they deserve every spite and insult for hardcoded movement keys ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (and tons of other things for that matter as well).
