YES! It fixed all the crashes I was having with games. Dont bother with the GPU debugging that wasn't it it was the permissions on that NVIDIA file

Glad to see you found your fix. Quite the bizarre one, but it is what it is lol.

Game is DX12. That -DX11 switch does literally big nothing.

It does in fact switch to DX11 if you use the posted switch. You can tell immediately when the game skips the Shader Compilation bit, and confirm with whatever tool you like.

Its your processor. You need to either decrease your clock speed in bios or run the game in power saver mode for the first start. After the compiling is done you can set it back to normal. Its misleading since the error says video memory but thats not true. Its the processor 100%.

Paging file at 8gb? The hell dude, you need at least 16 or 32 in sync with your total RAM.

People having problems, do y'all have a 13900k too? 13900k is known to have issues with DX12 shader compilation. Only way to solve this is by lowering your performance core ratio to 54x. This can be done in your Bios and/or by downloading Intel Extreme Tuning Utility software. If this fixes your problem please consider starting an RMA and get yourself a new replacement.
