While i've only done one boss so far, the parade one, i've one tried that one as well. It's really not unheard of. Blocking is insanely strong. And the attacks you'd rather not block are wildly telegraphed.
Can't speak for future bosses ofcourse, but so far I haven't died either.
I'd say the difficulty is in the same ballpark as Wo Long, The Surge 2, and Dark Souls 1. It's super difficult by mainstream game standards, but on the easier side as Soulslikes go.
YMMV
The protagonist reminds me of Timothee Chalamet!
Actually highly possible, spectres+rapier is disgusting.
You're actually putting yourself at a severe disadvantage by using a Heavy weapon. I sometimes think the developers didn't think the attack recovery to enemy attack recovery through at all
Bosses have nigh infinite stamina, Trading often times with my attacks and outdealing dps faster than my resources.
Which is frustrating since I beat almost every Fromsoft game with a Heavy weapon and didn't complain at all.
The game doesn't end at the tutorial boss?!
hmm this is disappointing to hear. I've gone heavy for all the souls games and elden ring.
