lost my license

i already called the support but i wonder if it happens at any of you, i played the early access (from 15 sept to 17) and today after i came back from work it says i dont have a license, on google iot says to re-download the caches but after that the game dissappear from my library and it says i have to buy it again lol, whats funny is that i still have the deluxe edition /early access dlc

Happened to me too on my GmG copy. I sent in a support ticket and I checked the forums a bit ago. Someone said they got back to them and sent out base game keys because from what they can tell, the developers disabled the pre-order deluxe versions aka your pre-ordered key and enabled the base game only, with an upgrade option. Which is why you have the deluxe stuff, but no game.

It's a hell of a blunder, but it's being resolved.

I got it from GMG as well but no issue, first added the standard edition then added the deluxe key, their customer support is pretty good so it will be resolved

So i just gotta wait? Uuuuuugh i wanted to play a little, im at the sixth level and i love this game
