Unless I am missing something, the amulet you craft from the puppet king, doesn't work.

It says it is suppose to level your legion arm tiers+1, which I'd assume means you get access to tier 1-4 abilities without applying an upgrade piece. So I tried my flameberge to see if it has combust (Level 4.) it doesn't, puppet string doesn't have trace and fulminis doesn't have moving charge. What exactly does this amulet do, or is it just bugged? It cost a boss ergo, so it would be kinda sucky if bugged.

I thought something was off, lightning hand was not shooting sparks when wearing. Considering it's so heavy, seems worthless. I also noticed the Ammy to not consume potions has not worked once for me after hours wearing.
