Game won't even start

I already uninstall and install the game, update my GPU driver like they asked, removed all Visual C++ not needed, verified the files of the game... and still the game doesn't launch
The first time it gave me a black screen, then nothing.

Any solutions? or literally I'm just going to ask for a refund.

It starts two processes in task manager and they just hang there

Specs:
win10x64
i5 9600k
3060ti
32 ram ddr4

No events in event viewver, no logs in game folder, no crash errors the only crash report client.ini I get has this content:

bHideLogFilesOption=false
bIsAllowedToCloseWithoutSending=true
CrashConfigPurgeDays=2

c++ redistributables are done, latest driver
Behavior:
steam starts LOP.exe - it starts LOP-Win64-Shipping.exe and the just hang there, no activity

Worst case scenario of a Denuvo game that some unlucky users cannot even start their games. This is just like Forspoken, Calisto Protocol and Resident Evil 4.

I have RE4 and except for some fps drop it didn’t give this kinda of trouble

I also didn't have any problems with denuvo, except for performance. But I did hear stories like this from Fallen Order, until they removed Denuvo - some players weren't able to start game as well, with similar behavior

I think I found solution. Set comparability WIN 7 for LOP-Win64-Shipping.exe and game should start

Same thing, I set the compatibilty WIN 7 for LOP.exe and the game started. I'll pin this message so everybody can try both.
