Do you get anything for lying to the atoned?

Just curious, I fought her as I assumed that would be what gave me the most items. I can't find anything online that says you get anything for doing the gesture to pass.

Thanks for the info. All I got was access and her dumb mask, so if you did the gesture, you didn't miss much.

Stalkers promise I believe is what it's called. You get it from killing the survivor in the factory area. Around the area with the black cat npc there is a little place where a couple puppets drop down from the ceiling and in the corner there is a ladder you can go down. I was wearing the blue tailcoat you get from the trinity door before hand and he called me Leo, idk if that makes a difference in the drop or if it's just extra dialogue.
