Game shuts down my pc after shader compilation
6950 xt + 5900x on 4k LG C1

I can run every other game just fine max settings no problems.

The special amd driver for lies of P is also installed as per dev recommendation.

No overclocks have been applied to either gpu/cpu

Pls help...

EDIT 1 : By setting an FPS limit of 30/60 via RTSS, I was able to at least made it into the main menu and into the settings. Turning FSR off crashes the computer. Setting the FPS to 140 crashes the computer in a few seconds.

Problem is resolved check my latest reply in this thread.

Try setting a FPS cap on the game through your AMD GPU software .
Seems the framerate in the shader compilation screen skyrockets.

Game is already capped at 60 fps by default + I have RTSS capping every game on my system to 140 fps so that can't be it :/

Just because misery loves company...

It's doing exactly the same thing for me. It does the shader compilation, then immediately after it hits 100%, my computer shuts down completely. It's as if the power supply was going bad, but no other game does this.

Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 4070

Also, I'm playing the Gamepass version.

Looks like we're using totally different hardware. I tried underclocking the GPU, and I tried going in Geforce Experience and turning all the options down. Neither one helped.

I haven't tried RTSS, so I guess I'll do that.

EDIT: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, capping the framerate at 60 through RTSS actually worked. The game is running now. Remains to be seen how long that lasts

Game has DENUVO.

FINAL EDIT : Turns out it was a power issue due to faulty EXTENSION CABLES. Please all of you with the same problem check your PSU and make sure all components are receiving the required power. After removing said extension cables and running it directly through the PSU cables everything fixed and my pc flies now.
