PC Performance Question

How’s the performance on PC? I have a 5900x / 3070 and have been very disappointed with how recent games have released on PC.

Should I buy on PS5 instead?

Got a RTX 2080 and a Intel i9 and the game pulls a smooth 120 fps on maxed out graphics.

I have the same PC as you do, roughly, I run a 5800x with a 3070 at 1440p and I am locked to 60fps atm (to take the load off my PC a little bit because the weather is hot, it shaves of some GPU/CPU utilisation which keeps temps a bit lower) but it's running at best graphical settings no dlss/no FSR and I never had any drops. I am even streaming it to a friend so even with that on top it still won't budge.

Perfect 60 fps, no stuttering, no frametime issue's, this is the best PC port in years.

12700k + 3070Ti + 64GB ram runs buttery smooth at 1440p without dlss or fsr on max settings with some nvidia visual filters to make it prettier. No crashes, no stutters, no fps dips.

Icredibly suprised how well it runs.

To put it simply when the demo came out, very few people if any had any issues with the game's performance. For most it was hella well optimized. There was pretty much no threads about bad performance.

This has continued to now. I got no difference in performance compared to the demo. Buttery smooth at 120 fps.

With the OPs specs, the chance of having any issues on a game this well optimized is pretty close to nil.

Did a quick test using High setting and FSR2 set to performance lowest dip I got was 45 ish, Did not play a lot, recommand more experiment to those interested.

Was kinda running smoothly using highest graphic but the dip was a bit higher, still over 30fps though. Lowered to high and raised FSR2 to Performance to give extra stability while keeping most possible effects enabled.

5800x3d, 4090, 32gb ram, maxxed out 1440p i get above 200 fps consistently and around 240-250 with DLSS to quality. Runs butter smooth, finally a game in 2023 that utilizes the gpu well ...
