The developers are trying to protect their games from thieves. There are multiple ways to buy the game legally and enjoy it. Support the devs for making a game you want to play and stop complaining.

Its not about being owed, its about incentive. The devs are incentivizing people to not buy the game or pirate it because they are presenting an inferior product. Its really that simple.

denuvo is bad only when badly implemented : people have great performances on lies of P, therefore it doesn't change anything for the paying consumer : stop crying for nothing just because it has been devilized

Except most people say the game runs really smoothly. I mean people get over 300 FPS. So does it even matter at this point if denuvo shaves a few FPS off?

No. Because contrary to piracy, break-ins have obvious negative consequences for the owner while in the case of Denuvo, it's the other way around and it's the DRM has been proven to have negative effects for the consumer. Also, contrary to Denuvo, home security systems are a useful deterrent and do not usually lock their owner out of their property if the servers are unreachable.

Copyright infringement and real estate have nothing in common. What's the point of crafting fallacious comparisons and loaded questions if all you can fire is blanks?

Or not. There's only few who are cracking Denuvo games. And it takes time. So popular games are getting cracked while less popular games never even will be cracked. Because why bother with them. There's tons of Denuvo games that were never cracked. Not because it's impossible, but because why? So you might not even see Lies of P cracked. It's only my opinion from playing demo. Game wasn't that good.

Shilling for Malware DRM is not a good look lol. Besides, pirates would have not bought the game in the first place. They give your game free publicity tho, which you will miss on. Devs will now simply miss on a lot of people who would have paid full price here and will now pay 1 buck to play it on gamepass.
