If you wonder why you cant download the game, this is normal. It always takes a bit of time. There is nothing wrong with your game. I remember Hogwarts Legacy taking longer but most of the times its like 10 -15 min after the actual launch

why dont they update it 15 minutes before the acutal release, so we actually get the game at the promised time.

You are right, not areason to freak out, but nevertheless, this is not a good excuse.
Happens once, ok, happens twise, ok, happens every time, not ok, especially not for a digital product that can be prepared beforehand.

Refund if off Steam and buy it from the Microsoft store, same price and play now

I dotn know why this happens over and over tbh. This is not the first game where the launch is a bit delayed. If I think about it, no game I bought on launch was ready to download on the actual release time, especially the very very big games like Hogwarts Legacy; it took like 2 - 3 hours because devs messed up the download file or something
