you can refund during the early access period. that's what I will do if the game is too messed up because of Denuvo. it's also completely understandable that many people will outright cancel their preorders and refuse to buy the game until Denuvo is removed.

You are free to refund during the first 2 hours of the game. Try it and then decide. Even if you refund after the game releases you will be making your point of not buying games with denuvo.

If someone complains about it because they can't refund the game due to getting it cheaper somewhere else, that's their fault.

You can't really compare both games. Baldurs gate was a third game, it already had a MASSIVE fanbase and the quality of the product was proven in its alpha-beta phases.

This is constantly called a bloodborne cheap copy, they don't have people trust and many will try to play it for free just in case. Can't blame them for protecting their product.

and this game had a demo which was postitively received. Lies of P literally has everything going for it, but the people that are pulling the strings made this release stumble at the finish line.

Only people who want to pirate care if game has denuvo, just check reddit they are malding it has denuvo and they can't pirate it begging for Empress to crack it.

If its called a "cheap bloodborne copy" then there is a reason for people to pirate it and try it out first. If its good people will buy it afterwards if its garbage they won't. Sometimes 2 hours is not enough to test a game as seen with starfield in my opinion. i like the game but after playing it for about 20 - 30 hours i can say its currently not worth the money with more bugs coming the longer you seem to play. So i can't blame the people trying to actually test the product first that costs 70$.
