If someone complains about it because they can't refund the game due to getting it cheaper somewhere else, that's their fault.
You can't really compare both games. Baldurs gate was a third game, it already had a MASSIVE fanbase and the quality of the product was proven in its alpha-beta phases.
This is constantly called a bloodborne cheap copy, they don't have people trust and many will try to play it for free just in case. Can't blame them for protecting their product.
