Cant craft any boss weapon anymore

I just finished chapter 9 and started the DLC, i noticed that the dog npc is not at the Hotel Krat anymore. Is there any other way to craft boss weapon ? or should i keep continue playing the dlc ?

if you progress further in the base game you will find the NPC for boss weapons, the same applies for the DLC

i am currently in front of the carnival entrance, how far am i to the npc for boss weapons in dlc ?
