what is highest ng+ cycle?

i think both are incorrect. What i've heared it only scales to NG+2 and feeling wise when i played through NG+3 to NG+5 that seems to be the case. Cant prove it and without an official statement or mod who shows HP Values its hard to prove it

no scrapped watch dog in ng+3 had 42,500 hp in ng+4 had around 48 000 hp

I am at NG+14 rn and it definitely stopped getting harder. The black Rabbit Brotherhood is still giving me the urge to Alt+f4
