It's an issue with 50 series cards, I've had the same myself with 5070ti. Only thing that I found to help is to immediately restart the game as soon as the fps drops. It usually happens every 1h or so or when you enter a new chapter/location. My guess is that it's a problem with mid-game shader loading.

Have you tried running it in borderless mode?

yes didint help. i think game works good only in 60fps lock. withhigher framerates its really bad performance. like i reach to 300 fps and in 3 second i can have 180- 240 - 300fps. then i tried to lock solid 144. but game then drops like to 133 . 122. when start to move or camera moves. its really weird. its not like typical stutter its some glitch. i played dead island 2 on UE4. ultra 144Fps. lock and game run really good with just not often stutters that dont mind me. but here its just like royalcoster with fps
Nvidia currently has driver issues in general. I recommend going back to the drivers from december of last year.

If you run the game on an rtx5000 series graphics card and you get frame drops, try running the game on DX11. It will have a very big effect.

how enable DX11? its in game settings or need some launch option
