Fixing Stutter (AMD Graphics Card)

Not sure if this a known issue or it just affects my config, but I've read a few times here and there that some people have serious issues with stuttering in the game.

What fixed it for me (on an RX 7900XT): Disabling AMD FX CACAO in the ingame graphics settings. Night and day difference... with AMD FX CACAO enabled, the game is downright unplayable and has serious stutters every few seconds.

Disabling it, and its a super smooth experience in my case.

Maybe this helps someone struggling with similar issues.
