DLC with the deluxe edition?

Does anyone know if you buy the deluxe edition of the game, you get the overture dlc with it?

No, DLC are almost always a separate purchase, unless the inclusion of a possible DLC was already advertised during the original sale of the deluxe edition. A pretty recent example would be Elden Ring NIghtreign, where the deluxe edition does include the DLC released later.
