5000 series cards micro stutter

So after coming back to the game from upgrading to a 5000 series card I noticed severe micro stutters. I wanted to share what seemed to smooth it out for anyone that is suffering from the issue, I went into the NVIDIA app in the graphics section for the game and changed the dlss override model presets to latest, using dlss override super resolution quality and turned on smooth motion. In game uncapped framerate and turned off vsync, but turned on vsync in the nvidia app.

In every card the game has micro-stutters. Because of the Unreal Engine. This stuff must be fixed by developers, not by players.
