What does this mean? it keep popping up after i complete side missions or i listen to the gammaphone, i cant tell anything is diffrent, i dont get any items or stats.

If its story related then either be vague or no heavy spoilers :P

Small tip: listen to all the gramophone records you find at least once, buy all the ones you can and listen to them ALL THE WAY TO THE END.
