I like the Seven-♥♥♥♥ Spring Sword and the Puppet Ripper Scythe, the other boss weapons I didn't care.... tho I haven't used the last few, because the fraud dog was dead....
The Ghost Walk amulet lets you dodge fury attacks, the glowing red ones, instead of having to perfect-guard them or just get out of the way. It's a nice one to have, but it honestly gets overshadowed by a lot of better choices. It's good, but not great. If you like dodging a lot, it might be worth it.
He gets replaced in short order by our good friend Hugo
I'd decide based on how much you hate parrying really. But to get the most out of the sword, you'll have to learn more cancerous version of parrying. It is definitely not NECESSARY, but its value increases fourfold the moment you learn to do it.
However, if you ever plan on trying out a challenge run where blocking is not an option (e.g. No Right-Hand Weapons) then the Ghost-Walk Amulet is a no-brainer choice.
