King of riddles
i have done all riddles but for some reason i can't talk to him so what do i do

Can you be more specific about your problem? Can you not get through the door? Or is he not responding? Something else?

Ok so I’ve opened the door and have walked up to him but there is no prompt to talk to him

Sadly he turns off if you visit the last Trinity Sanctum AFTER the optional finale boss, it is silly because other puppet creatures are still functional. He has to be visited before you finish Arche Abbey's second half.
