Help With Identifying Icon

When resting at a Stargazer, at the Hotel it shows the Sophia icon but it also has a smaller icon on it what looks like a cog in the shape of a heart.
When talking to her, nothing has changed. She'll just say she'll help like usual.
Could anyone tell me what i'm missing?

It is shown the moment i entered Hotel Krat.
I just entered St. Frangelico and it never disappeared once.

I don't remember seeing this, my only guess is that it might have something to do with the P organ modification chair?

Well i just figured it out.
The game wanted me to enter her level-up menu at least once.
NG+ and didn't feel like leveling up until now, so i figured it out now.
