Over on Nexus there is a mod that was posted that is not really a mod. It is just a file that overwrites the commands. You download that zip file into a folder on your desktop and unpack it. Once unpacked it will have a folder (named mod) with the file in it. There are instructions with the PC path to get to the appropriate file and you just drag and drop this new folder (mod) into that game folder.
Reboot the PC and it works like a charm. It is not like typical modding.
