Then again it is UE4 and it will stutter no matter how perfect the shader comp is. Just a trash engine in general a majority of the time.
Same exact thing happens to me, I can watch it in real time, capped at 165 but I’ll run around or attack something and it drops to 161 or 160 and my frame times go nuts and it just hitches. No idea what to do, really annoying.
i9 12900k, 4070 ti, 32 GB ram lmao, have it on an SSD too
Yeah I’ve done this, today I actually reinstalled a clean version of windows and first thing I did was just install steam, MSI afterburner, and check this game, what do you know, still stutters. I don’t know if I have hardware issues or what
But I'll share it in case it does.
When I turn off my main high performance monitor and output the game to a cheaper, less powerful monitor, the stutter goes away completely.
I have not changed the settings. I keep the highest preset.
When I switch back to the main monitor, the stutter occurs again. I don't understand what it means.
No matter if I limit it to 60Hz or reduce the quality, the main monitor always gets the stutter.
On the sub-monitor, no matter how crazy the settings are, it never stutters. It's driving me crazy.
By the way, the only other game that stutters besides this one is FNaFSB, which is made by the same damn UE.
I believe I'm not misconfiguring my PC, because none of the other games do this.
Sorry for my bad English.

I've taken this video to show you. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hPs5jJ2Fwn2A-oYZrs_4-IPruFVPbOsT/view?usp=drive_link
