you need to set AFMF on per game setting in adrenaline
however, do remember that in fast motions, AFMF will deactivate for a bit
the effects during parry and heavy atk/parry with twin dragon sword is enough to make that happen.
that causes a huge stutter
so i switch it off totally

Fast motions are only related to camera movement, so if you use a controller, everything should be fine. I used Two Dragons Sword on my first playthrough and didn't notice any FPS drops during any of the attacks.
