wot does critical rate 30.00 mean ? is it like DS3 dagger crit damage 130 ?
so the other weapons have "only" 100 crit ?!

Weapons can't crit AT ALL if they don't have the crit stat from what I've seen, unless it's just more pronounced with the stat. I also assume its just a 30% or so chance to crit on all attacks.

Vahnkiljoy is correct. A critical rate of 30.00 means that the weapon has a 30% chance to inflict a critical hit (ie: deal extra damage), which is a completely separate mechanic from Fatal Attacks.

In a ~1.5 minute google search I can't actually find anything definitive. From my experience playing, it's something in the realm of 150% damage.

When you get a critical with the charge attack, it is absolutely nuts how powerful it is. Also has fantastic range too.

Which makes the ring that literally only works with the very few weapons in the game that have crit even better is hilarious. Wait until you see a fatal blow crit, that is just utterly hilarious.
