What is the point of shock resist when you suffer the effects the second it is applied NOT filled?

Seriously why is my stamina regen affected the second the shock bar appears on the screen, literally makes the resistance stat for it a joke.

Shock resist is good because even though it affects you immediately, it reduces how much of the bar is filled per hit, and how long it takes to go away. Special Resistance Ampoules in conjunction with Shock Cartridges make a big difference.

It's just annoying that that is the only debuff that breaks the whole rule of debuffs with a bar that fills up, and it's not really all that obvious tbh. Shame our stamina doesn't have a lightning effect on it to show that it is being zapped.

It's not the only one; Break works the same way. I agree it was a little confusing that these 2 effects work instantly and don't require a bar to fill up first, but that's how it is.

What does break even do? Im guessing it's another translation failure but I still can't really understand what break does, I'm guessing you lose charges when hit with it?
