Golden Lie weapon?

I'm on my third play-though to get the last achievement, "Special Weapon Collector". I have just beaten Laxasiaand I've got long grey hair and "Your heart is Pounding" 3 times already. Of course I gave Sophia peace. But when I went to investigate the painting, I still can't get the Golden Lie weapon. I looked for guides on how to get Golden Lie weapon and follow all the steps to gain max humanity. I'll try to gain more humanity with Simon fight and Nameless Puppet fight. Do I still have chance to get that weapon or it is just bugging me out?

Do every side quest and tell lies every time. Always exhaust dialogues. There are some wrong guides out there btw, but you are allowed to make mistakes 2-3 times, this weapon doesnt require absolute max. Be aware tho that in some cases truth can cost you 2 humanity points because you also miss on a music record. Telling truth to Eugene about her brother is fine because this path rewards you with 1 humanity a bit later, canceling the loss (but tallk to her only after decoding the vessel).
Listen to every non-golden record you have. On NG+ you need to reobtain a record on this particular run for it to give you humanity. Reobtained records that will give humanity appear in sleeves.
Get Romeo message from V (around chapter 9 or 10), listen to it.
Answer every riddle correctly. In final "riddle" when you're asked if you're a killer lie instead (say no). When you meet in person say "human".
Pray at statue in chappel (before the bridge to cathedral).
