Perfection Grindstone [Bug]

So basically, I've got the Durability Grindstone when I gave Pucinella the Great Venigni Collection, but I'm missing the Perfection Grindstone, and there's no option for buying it in his shop.

It unlocks after giving him 3 of the collection items not one.
