If my thinking is correct, you're now getting native support (would see PS prompts) rather than Steam Input support:
Steam's new Steam Input setting for PS controllers is at 'Enabled in Games w/o Support' by default. The game devs have added the info that LoP has native PS4/5 controller support, and now Steam will automatically disable Steam Input.
LoP's native PS control has Touchpad open menu, Options to view item details/view records play menu and nothing on Share button. Steam Input's default gamepad layout maps the Share button to Xbox Select button (view details/records play menu) and Options to Xbox Start (open menu).
If you want the previous behaviour either set the global Steam Input setting for PS controllers to enabled or set the Steam Input override for Lies of P to enabled.
global:
Steam > Settings > Controller > set PlayStation Controller Support to Enabled
per-game override:
Right-click LoP in Steam Library > Properties > Controller > select Enable Steam Input
