I can't download the latest update. Please help.
I have updated multiple games yesterday, but the one for LoP is stuck on "starting download". I would like to avoid having to re-download the entire game because my connection speed is a whopping 11.5 Mbps...

I've tried the following:
  • Verifying game integrity.
  • Deleting the "package" folder in the folder where Steam is installed.
  • Clearing the download cache through Settings -> Downloads -> Clear cache

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?

Nevermind, it started downloading after being stuck for 30 minutes.
