1.3 update not showing up ?

i downloaded patch 1.3 (pc steam) but in main menu it still says 1.2 ??
i do have mods, does that have any effect ?
the extra quartz showed up to buy, but no new outfit.
any ideas ?
also, got short grey hair, but no new hat or dog mask ... weird

Mine also says 1.2 - despite it saying it's up to date etc.

I also haven't gotten the 1.3 update despite my best efforts. Haven't been able to get any guidance as to what is going on.

Same here on my MacBook, except when I transfer the Mac save file to my PC, it loads it with all the latest patch content. I've tried recopying the file from PC to Mac, but Mac still says 1.2 and is missing DLC. I don't believe any of you above are using a Mac, so this is strange. I'm unsure what to do to have feature parity between the two platforms. I have reinstalled the game's Mac version, but it doesn't help. Any ideas? I would prefer to play on my MacBook but am forced to progress the game on PC. Does anyone know who to contact about this? Or is it just a matter of waiting for a bug fix?
