If you have no interest in using Specters or the Cube itself, it's not terribly costly. Especially once you figure out the unfortunate truth on how effective quality builds are. Or if you're comfy with the Legion Arm you're using and have no plans on experimenting with others. You're likely going to be using it less the more you play, since P Organ and Legion Arm upgrades are retained in NG+ cycles.
That makes sense. Detailed descriptions are not this game's forte. From perks to moveset definitions, I've had my share of questions on what the details were. I do wish that amulets told specifically how much their buffs are. But that's a different topic haha
