It's very much about finding the holes in your build and filling them. I was at 75% weight limit(had 30 capacity). I sucked at parrying her so I got really tanky (so I could continue to suck at Parrying her 😂). I had Stam rec. Ammy, Defensive Rate Ammy, Dodge Fury Ammy and 2 uses of the Durability Grinder to keep my sword from breaking(because trying to Repair on the fly is kinda a nightmare on her).

I had all the Highest level Defensive Parts too. Then I used the Level 4 Electric Legion to get out of P1 with decent Resources.

It is all about dodging its attacks in phase 2 rather than trying to perfect/guard it. Problem with guarding its attacks is that you are always starved on Stamina and you have very little opportunity to punish. Sure, if you are good at perfect guarding, you might be able to stagger it quickly but its attacks are very hard to time, at least I could not do it properly. Dodging into its attacks to its right is very effective and often leads to an opportunity to get a free hit in without losing health, stamina or weapon durability.

get the Pee Organ upgrades that gives you 2 grindstone uses and increased grindstone duration, put in the perfect guard when blocking grindstone, win.

Hard agree I'm still stuck on it (furthest I've gotten is half health phase 2) after way more than five tries. The red flashing is visually overwhelming. Makes it hard to see/concentrate so I'm trying to use throwables/evasion but my dodge timing isn't good. Will keep trying hopefully I get lucky.

Beat him today on ng +4. He's scary, but you can bully him to hell and back with twin dragon sword parries. Especially on his high jumps and the red dash move .
And when he doea the spinning dash move, dodge outta the way and hit him with dual falcon eye shot to rack up extra pain!

As the others have said. use perfect grindstone and phase 2 gets a bit trivial. The attacks themselves I could dodge / perfect guard but when he red fury dashed at me and dealt half my health bar I said enough is enough. Devs think it is a good idea to have a fury attack that requires millisecond response time, and plus locks away the ability to dodge said attack behind a NG++ p organ tree? You basically take free damage from that and I think they need to go back and review this decision.

I took me the most tries (if you don't count that friggin dual-wielding clown is a cellar, ef that thing).
And although I got the 1st phase pretty good taking no damage last few tries, the second one I was just face-tanking, so the victory didn't feel that satisfying.
Maybe I was over-leveled (lvl 81) so I didn't HAVE TO git.. gudder?

The one where he dashes at you really fast right? I find that easy to counter with the twin dragon heavy attack parry, but with anything else its a pain xD

Perfect Guard grindstone is definitely the best, and it's not just because of the cheese. Lots of the effects in his second phase have lots of red, which is, of course, the same colour as that nifty attack that cannot be blocked or iframed. So, why bother disorienting yourself?

I usually try to put up with the fight until I run out of Pulse Cells or the boss is about halfway down. Whichever comes first. That's when I pop the grindstone, and I've been consistently winning the fight.

Never used the parry grindstone cause it just leads to bad habits imho.

The Fury Attack dodge amulet made it much less of a pain than it should be. If you can afford the weight I'd highly recommend wearing that.

Sure you can perfect guard the attacks but I find it a lot easier to just dodge through them.

I'm yet to defeat the boss myself but I have been very close. Although frustrating, learning to parry this boss makes it a lot of fun.
