White Hair unlocking

I didnt speak with Belle before Victor`battle and now shes dead, cant complete that sidequest.
I also answered with a wrong answer to the phonecall.
Did i miss the chance of getting the white hair?
Everything else its done completely but i dont know if im going to reach the humanity level to unlock the white hair...
Have I got to restart my entire playgame? Thanks for reading.

Humanity's not incredibly lenient but it gives you wiggle room to make some errors. Listen to all the records at least once (5 are NG+ exclusive and Eugenie has two but will only give one or the other depending on how you end her quest).
use the Pray gesture at the one-winged angel statue in St.Frangelico's church for another dose of humanity. And... Ahem "Give her Peace" when you find the option.

I think if you've seen the "Your heart is pounding" message, you've met the parameters for the grey hair, but I'm not 100% on this.

my hair turned grey but i was still on level 3 (you feel warmth)
