Anyone confirmed how many Quartz can you find per run?

I saw Youtube guides that suggested 27amount of Quartz per run. I personally found out that you can actually get 28.

Was anyone able to get more than that?

This video shows 27 and there is a comment with the location for the missing one: the one you get for the robot side quest next to the Barren Swamp Stargazer for showing him enough gestures.
