I like the boss because it is one of very few that has slow but powerful attacks that give you ample opportunity to punish them if you are positioned properly.
He is not long to dispatch.
He is a bit gimmicky
But I watch many broadcast and stream, much idiots swinging weapon on the armored leg.
Only "accidentally hit the vulnerable flesh" once in a while.
And they are still not aware, I laugh a lot
What really needs to be toned down tho is 3 sec on the ground without the ability to move when you get knocked down.
Give me a really good laugh when they spent SO LLOONNGG effort eating durability and not causing damage, and died after a good near 10 minutes fight
The P-Organ has a move for that. Your fault that you didn't invest in it.
Rising Dodge is useful for certain enemies and bosses and it always give you way out of being knocked down. I would not invest into it as a priority but you should get it when approaching late game on your first playthrough, at which point you should have enough Quartz to spend 2 on this perk.
But if you are sick of him and just want to get rid of the eejit in one minute or two just bring some saw blade throwables and use fast hitting fable arts (remember you dont need stamina to use fable arts) or just anything able to hit him fast enough to stagger keeping in mind you dont need raw huge damage for that just enough impacts.
not hard, just the fact u had to walk all the way to him again when u die, and the fact he will die in just two hits but u can't hit him unless u stagger him and the fact the map is too small and he's too big and u can't see what's going on. yeah he's so annoying but easy target
Eventually resorted to using the fire arm. Already invested a decent amount of quartz into legion bar recovery and also used fire grinder upgrade. I just mostly focused on burning him and getting a few hits in here & there. That was enough to get him down twice and kick his ass.
