The chosen one's trinity key disappeared from inventory - did anyone else experienced this?

As title says between two play sessions the chosen one's trinity key disappeared from my inventory. I get it after I answered to the last question on the phone. I saw it in my inventory, now I am in front of the last door, and can't open it because I don't have the key. I went back to the phone, it is no longer usable, reload the game, nothing.

not sure, might be more doors, than keys?
and one time, I got only a note, which leads to a key

I opened the chosen one door and realized afterwards that I had one trinity key left. Cheevo didn't pop either so somewhere is a door

Either way sounds like OP just got an unfortunate buggy.

There was one like that, I belive at the VII chapter, the Grand exhibition area, but I think I am near the end of the game this was the last phone call, and the last key, and I did see it in my inventory, and read the description. It is just magically disappeared. Also, I belive there are even amount of keys and doors.

I know 3 keys and 4 doors. There might be 4th key, but I didn't found it yet.

Alright kind everyone, this game is perfect, and I am officially an idiot. The key was in the surprise box. The other key I saw was from the last riddle I solved. And didn't yet opened the door at the time.
