NG+++ rewards
For those who re still playing on NG + and more , there are some big rewards in the skill tree if you go on NG + ++ +++ etc. Imo don t waste your time on farming Ergo on your first run. All you need is to farm Quartz. The devs shouldn t nerf the bosses HP when you re looking at thoses rewards.

The skill tree is full in NG+2 (Phase 7)

NG+3 doesn't add anything.

You are getting 1 extra amulet slot, which is all the damage increase you get from phase 7. It is powerful upgrade but I'm not sure it is enough to compensate for massive HP buffs per each NG.

We are getting much better mass/capacity due to "Light Weight" upgrade but again it does not help us do more damage. Fury attack guard is great defensive option but again no damage increase.

I do not understand the logic behind these upgrades being locked out at super late-game that most people never experience. Weight system is still way too punishing even after patch 1.2 gave us a bit more mass allowance per Capacity point. Same goes for Perfect Guard Weapon Durability Recovery perk, which is locked behind phase 6 P-organ upgrade available in NG+. Weapon durability is such a massive annoyance even with lots of Quartz invested into P-organ upgrades helping with it. Perfect guard could use this perk as a default to make it a bit better risk vs reward move.

Meh. Some of these upgrades being locked to skill tree don't make sense to me. A skill tree is supposed to either add flavor to build or add interesting ways to experience the game, not lock out essential game mechanics. P Organ is not how you make a skill tree compelling. Lies of P devs need to play Nioh 2 - that game did a terrific job of adding flavor, rather than subtracting from the experience.

I do not agree with this statement. I think it is fine to have powerful upgrades locked behind P-Organ upgrades, it is just some that are very essential should have been available in earlier phases.
What is the point of rare and finite resource, such as Quartz, if using it would just add flavor? I want to feel more powerful when I spend Quartz, which some of these perks provide but they are just available too late.

The amulet upgrade is the not the strongest phase 7 upgrade.
The fury block is by far the most powerful upgrade and then the wight limit increase.

They are locked so far into the game because they are completely broken.
It's fun when you have done everything for some late game BS but it would make NG or NG+ completly trivial and boring

For sure, Nioh 2 does this where awesome weapon specific combos are either hidden or locked until prerequisites are met. Same thing with statistics that increase damage to greater numbers. Or interesting bonuses that amplify a weapon's utility. However, in the case of accessories being locked to P organ, I disagree with this because you usually got amulet slots for free; thus it doesn't make sense to lock players out of build defining features until new game++. In regards to parry upgrades, don't agree with that either, since Parry already feels lackluster as a game mechanic. For instance, locking these features: Perfect Guard no stamina, Perfect Guard generating Guard Regen as HP, Perfect Guard causing stiffness, Perfect Guard restoring Weapon Durability; are all things that should either be available from early game or be part of base mechanics.

Not sure what you're trying to say here, nonetheless, the goal is primarily to add interesting utility, bonuses, or combos that enhance your current build. So consider how in Nioh 2, if you're a mid-stance user you get bonuses that amplify that style, new combos, new utility features. However, these things by themselves don't limit your ability to play the game. It's just flavor that adds upon your build. Opens up new ways to experience the game.

Exaclty. Perfect Guard should be an option from the beginning. It is difficult enough so why not reward it eary IF you want it. Or you go the dodge route where you get buffs for it when you dodge. Or a route where a simple block gets buffed or stronger. Most of the P-Organ skills are not seen for 90% of the players. Also I do not see how NG++ is in any way rewarding when the only buffs are P-Organ skills. Your weapons stay the same, your defense stays the same, and your stats? At50+ they hardly matter because you need many points in a stat to get a difference.

right now im lvl 302 . i have all the talents p organ unlocked . When doing the trash mobs , i have so much fun using 3 differents arms and with all the advanced legion skill unlocked in the p organ , when a mob died the refill is awesome . You asked where are the rewards ? It s like resident evil , when u finish the game and u unlock the infinite rocket launcher. That s the reward man . After raging against and being stucked again some bosses pre partch , the reward for me is to have my revenge lol bullying all thoses ennemies in all the way i want without the need to respec lol . But ofc , if you re a skilled player like Ongbal , thoses kinds of rewards are no mean cause you snow ball on the game since the start without abusing consomable like some players do lol. They are cool for the average soul like player like me xD
